Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Draft high-level scientific manuscripts, abstracts, poster presentations, and internal medical reports for peer-reviewed publications and regulatory submissions.
- Scientific Liaison: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract key insights and ensure scientific accuracy in all deliverables.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all medical writing complies with global regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA) and internal quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex data to internal stakeholders and external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) with clarity and precision.
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in medical writing within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Writing Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to write and publish in high-impact peer-reviewed journals or develop successful regulatory submissions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized medical writing software (e.g., Author-it, MadCap Flare).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
