Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee complex diagnostic testing in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
  • Maintain strict adherence to CLIA, CAP, and FDA regulations and laboratory safety protocols.
  • Mentor and train junior laboratory staff, ensuring high performance and compliance.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot instrument issues, performing routine maintenance and calibration.
