Responsibilities
- Design and execute cutting-edge clinical trials for novel therapeutics
- Lead interdisciplinary teams of biologists, data scientists, and clinicians
- Secure NIH and industry grants with $500K+ average awards
- Develop biomarker protocols using single-cell genomics and proteomics
- Present findings at global conferences (ASCO, AACR, etc.)
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Interface with FDA regulatory teams for IND submissions
Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD in molecular biology, immunology, or related field
- 8+ years of clinical research with 3+ in oncology focus
- Proven track record of FDA-approved therapeutic development
- Expertise in CRISPR-Cas9 and CAR-T cell technologies
- Strong publication record (h-index >25)
- Experience with CRO partnerships and multicenter trials
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
