Responsibilities
- Design and execute Phase I-III clinical trials for novel therapeutic agents
- Analyze complex biomedical datasets using advanced statistical methods
- Lead cross-functional teams of biologists, statisticians, and clinicians
- Prepare regulatory submissions (IND/CTA) and FDA correspondence
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in high-impact journals
- Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP and institutional ethics protocols
- Secure research funding through NIH/NSF grants and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in oncology/immunology clinical trial design
- Expertise in biostatistical analysis (SAS/R/Python) and bioinformatics
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory affairs
- Demonstrated success in securing competitive research grants
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals
- Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and CDISC standards
