Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex clinical trials adhering to FDA and ICH-GCP standards
- Analyze neurological data using advanced statistical methods (SPSS, R)
- Lead cross-functional teams of biologists, data scientists, and clinicians
- Secure NIH grants and manage multi-million dollar research budgets
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in Nature/Science
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and IRB protocols
- Mentor junior researchers and oversee lab operations
Qualifications
- PhD in Neuroscience, Pharmacology, or related field (MD/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of clinical research experience in neurology
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications (≥10)
- Expertise in fMRI, PET imaging, and molecular biology techniques
- CRC certification or equivalent clinical trial management credential
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization
- Demonstrated success securing NIH funding
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
