Responsibilities
- Design and execute Phase I-III clinical trials for novel oncology therapeutics
- Analyze complex genomic and proteomic data to identify biomarkers
- Lead cross-functional teams including biostatisticians and clinical coordinators
- Prepare FDA submissions and regulatory documentation
- Present findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Oncology, or related field
- 5+ years of oncology research experience in clinical trial settings
- Proven expertise in genomic analysis platforms (Illumina, PacBio)
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals
- Experience with FDA regulatory processes and IND applications
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
