Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical and clinical research studies with therapeutic focus areas
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets
- Analyze high-dimensional genomic and proteomic data using advanced bioinformatics tools
- Author regulatory submissions (IND/CTA) and ensure compliance with FDA/ICH guidelines
- Mentor junior scientists and foster collaborative research culture across departments
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in high-impact journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences, Medical Research, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in clinical trial design and translational medicine methodologies
- Strong command of statistical analysis (R/SAS) and bioinformatics tools
- Published record in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations
- Deep knowledge of regulatory pathways (FDA, EMA) and GCP standards
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional research teams
