Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and analysis of complex clinical trials in oncology and immunotherapy
- Develop and optimize experimental protocols for novel therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including biostatisticians and regulatory affairs specialists
- Prepare comprehensive regulatory submissions and maintain compliance with FDA/ICH guidelines
- Present research findings at international conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Manage laboratory operations including budgeting, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision
Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences, Medical Research, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in oncology research and immunotherapy development
- Strong statistical analysis skills with proficiency in R, SAS, or Python
- Experience with GCP/GLP regulations and clinical trial management
- Demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations
- Leadership experience managing research teams and laboratory operations
