Responsibilities
- Design and execute clinical research protocols adhering to FDA/ICH guidelines
- Analyze complex biomedical data using advanced statistical methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams including clinicians, biostatisticians, and regulatory experts
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent applications for novel therapies
- Manage research budgets exceeding $1M and vendor relationships
- Present findings at international medical conferences and to stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field with 8+ years' industry experience
- Proven track record in clinical trial design and regulatory compliance
- Expertise in genomic analysis and translational research methodologies
- Strong leadership experience managing research teams of 5+ members
- Published author in high-impact medical journals (e.g., Nature Medicine, NEJM)
- Proficiency with SAS/R and electronic data capture systems
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) required
