Responsibilities
- Design and execute Phase I-III clinical trials with rigorous statistical methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in protocol development and regulatory compliance (FDA/ICH-GCP)
- Analyze multi-omics datasets (genomics, proteomics) using R/Python and SAS
- Author IND/IMPD submissions and FDA correspondence
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings at international conferences
- Collaborate with biostatisticians to develop adaptive trial designs
- Monitor emerging therapeutic landscapes and identify research gaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in clinical trial design and execution (100+ patients)
- Expertise in regulatory affairs (FDA/EMA) and GCP compliance
- Advanced proficiency in statistical programming (R, Python, SAS)
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (NEJM, Lancet)
- Certification in Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent
- Experience with rare disease therapeutics and biomarker development
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
