Responsibilities
- Design and execute Phase I-III clinical trials with 95% protocol adherence
- Analyze complex genomic datasets using R/Bioconductor and Python
- Present findings at international conferences (ASCO, AACR)
- Mentor 3+ junior researchers through NIH grant applications
- Collaborate with FDA on regulatory submissions and compliance
- Develop patentable biomarkers for targeted therapies
- Manage $2M+ research budgets with quarterly reporting
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical trial experience in oncology
- Published author in Nature/Science/Cell journals
- Proficiency in flow cytometry and CRISPR editing
- Validated track record with IND/CTA submissions
- Certification in GCP and ISO 14155 standards
- Strong statistical analysis skills (SAS/R)
- Excellent written communication for regulatory documents
