Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex clinical research protocols adhering to FDA/ICH guidelines
- Lead cross-functional teams including biologists, data scientists, and regulatory affairs specialists
- Analyze large-scale genomic and proteomic datasets using advanced statistical methods
- Prepare and submit IND/CTA applications and regulatory documentation
- Mentor junior researchers and present findings at international conferences
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners on translational medicine initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD in Life Sciences with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in oncology and immunology research methodologies
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, Cell)
- Proficiency in R/Python for statistical analysis and bioinformatics
- FDA regulatory affairs experience and GMP/GLP knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Massachusetts research scientist license
