Responsibilities
- Design and execute Phase I-III clinical trials with novel therapeutic agents
- Analyze complex genomic and proteomic datasets using advanced biostatistical methods
- Lead cross-functional teams including biologists, data scientists, and regulatory specialists
- Secure and manage research grants exceeding $1M annually from federal and private sources
- Develop patentable intellectual property and translate findings into clinical applications
- Present research findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior scientists and foster a culture of scientific excellence
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related medical field
- 8+ years of experience in clinical research with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of FDA submissions and regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA)
- Expertise in CRISPR, single-cell sequencing, or immunotherapy platforms
- Strong publication record in journals like Nature Medicine or Science Translational Medicine
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH-GCP guidelines
