Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical studies to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and safety
- Analyze genomic, proteomic, and clinical trial data using advanced bioinformatics tools
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, clinicians, and biostatisticians
- Develop and optimize experimental protocols for molecular and cellular assays
- Prepare regulatory submissions (IND/IMPD) and interact with FDA/EMA authorities
- Mentor junior scientists and publish findings in high-impact journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, or related medical field
- 5+ years of industry experience in translational research
- Proven expertise in CRISPR, next-gen sequencing, or single-cell analysis
- Strong background in experimental design and statistical analysis
- Experience with regulatory compliance in clinical development
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications and patents
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
