Responsibilities

- Analyze complex genomic and proteomic datasets using advanced bioinformatics tools
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5-7 researchers and clinical coordinators
- Secure and manage NIH/industry grants totaling $1M+
- Publish high-impact findings in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Nature Medicine, Cell)
- Present research at international conferences and industry symposiums
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with biotech/pharma collaborators
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field with 8+ years post-graduate experience
- Proven track record of leading NIH-funded research projects
- Expertise in CRISPR gene editing and single-cell sequencing technologies
- Strong publication record (20+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience with FDA regulatory compliance and IND submissions
- Excellent project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership abilities with mentorship experience
