Responsibilities

- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals (NEJM, Nature Medicine)
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and lab technicians
- Collaborate with biotech partners on translational medicine initiatives
- Present findings at international conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field
- 8+ years of medical research experience with genomic focus
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Expertise in CRISPR/Cas9 and next-gen sequencing technologies
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals (H-index >20)
- Experience leading clinical trials (Phase I-III)
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
