Responsibilities

- Analyze complex biological data using advanced statistical methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5-7 researchers and lab technicians
- Prepare regulatory submissions (IND/CTA) for FDA approvals
- Present findings at international scientific conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Maintain compliance with GGLP and HIPAA standards
- Manage $500K+ annual research budgets
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, or related medical field
- 5+ years of hands-on oncology research experience
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications (≥15)
- Expertise in cell culture, ELISA, and next-gen sequencing
- Strong proficiency in R/Python for bioinformatics analysis
- Clinical trial management certification (e.g., ACRP)
- Experience with electronic lab notebooks (e.g., LabArchives)
