Responsibilities
- Design and execute Phase I-III clinical trials adhering to FDA and ICH-GCP standards
- Analyze complex biomedical data using advanced statistical methods and AI-driven tools
- Lead cross-functional teams including biostatisticians, clinicians, and regulatory specialists
- Prepare regulatory submissions (INDs, NDAs) and interact with FDA/EMA representatives
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Develop novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets for precision medicine applications
- Secure external funding through NIH, NSF, and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record leading clinical trials and regulatory submissions
- Expertise in statistical analysis (SAS, R, Python) and clinical trial methodologies
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals (Nature, Science, Cell)
- Certification in GCP and regulatory affairs (e.g., RAC preferred)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and real-world data integration
- Demonstrated ability to secure $500K+ in external research funding
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentations
