Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical and clinical research protocols
- Analyze genomic data using bioinformatics tools and statistical modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams including biologists, data scientists, and clinicians
- Develop novel therapeutic approaches for cancer immunotherapy
- Prepare grant proposals and secure external funding
- Mentor junior researchers and present findings at international conferences
- Ensure compliance with FDA and ICH-GCP regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals
- Expertise in flow cytometry, CRISPR-Cas9, and NGS technologies
- Experience with clinical trial protocol development and regulatory submissions
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated team management
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) preferred
