Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial management from protocol design to FDA submission
- Lead cross-functional teams including biostatisticians, regulatory affairs, and clinical coordinators
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic medical centers and pharmaceutical partners
- Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards
- Represent organization at scientific conferences and regulatory hearings
- Mentor junior medical staff and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Analyze clinical data to drive evidence-based treatment innovations
Qualifications
- MD/DO with 10+ years of clinical research experience in therapeutic areas
- Board certification in relevant medical specialty (e.g., Oncology, Immunology)
- Proven track record of leading Phase I-III clinical trials and IND submissions
- Strong expertise in biostatistics and clinical data interpretation
- Experience with FDA/EMA regulatory processes and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary healthcare environments
- Publication record in peer-reviewed medical journals preferred
- Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and RCT methodology
