Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical protocols across 15+ affiliated hospitals
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicians, researchers, and tech specialists

Qualifications
- MD/DO with 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience
- Board certification in relevant medical specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Surgery)
- Proven track record in healthcare operations and strategic planning
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory frameworks and healthcare compliance
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in clinical outcomes measurement
- Exceptional communication abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) preferred
- PhD or Master's in Healthcare Administration a plus
