Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive clinical strategy for therapeutic portfolio
- Oversee Phase I-III clinical trials with 15+ concurrent studies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 20+ medical/scientific professionals
- Represent company at FDA/EMA regulatory meetings
- Establish partnerships with top 20 academic medical centers
- Drive publication strategy in high-impact journals (NEJM, Lancet)
- Mentor junior medical staff through formal leadership program
Qualifications
- MD/DO with 10+ years clinical development experience
- Board certification in relevant therapeutic specialty
- PhD or Master's in clinical research or related field
- Proven track record with FDA/EMA submissions
- 5+ years in leadership role managing >15 staff
- Published author in peer-reviewed medical literature
- Strong background in rare disease or oncology therapeutics
- Experience with adaptive trial design methodologies
