Qualifications
- MD/DO degree with board certification in Internal Medicine or relevant specialty
- 10+ years clinical practice with 5+ years leadership experience
- Proven track record in healthcare administration and strategic planning
- Familiarity with HIPAA, JCAHO, and MACRA compliance frameworks
- Experience implementing value-based care models and population health programs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in healthcare data analytics platforms
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder engagement and public speaking
- Active medical license in Massachusetts
