Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical strategies aligned with organizational goals

Qualifications
- MD/DO degree with board certification in relevant medical specialty
- 10+ years clinical experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in healthcare operations and strategy
- Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS, and JCAHO regulations
- Experience with EHR systems and healthcare analytics
- Strong financial acumen in healthcare budgeting and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or MBA in healthcare management preferred
