As a key member of our Precision Medicine division, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, bioinformaticians, and healthcare administrators. Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced statistical models for clinical trial analysis and patient outcome prediction
- Develop machine learning algorithms to process electronic health records (EHR), genomic data, and medical imaging
- Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for clinical teams and hospital administrators
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating real-world evidence with clinical decision support systems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA regulations, and healthcare data privacy standards
- Mentor junior data scientists and present findings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Medical Informatics, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis with proven impact on clinical outcomes
- Expertise in R, Python, and SQL with experience in healthcare data platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and FDA regulatory requirements
- Published research in peer-reviewed medical or data science journals
- Certification in HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security (e.g., CHDA, CPHQ)
- Experience with cloud-based healthcare data warehouses (AWS/Azure Healthcare offerings)
