Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators for hospital administration.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards in all analysis processes.
- Develop predictive models to forecast patient admission rates and resource allocation needs.
- Lead data audits and validate data integrity across multiple EHR systems.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and medical boards.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Biostatistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong understanding of EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH Act compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical medical professionals.
