Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large-scale healthcare datasets to identify trends and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast patient admission rates and resource allocation needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new Electronic Health Record (EHR) reporting tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related medical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R, with strong data manipulation skills.
- Experience working with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and clinical workflows.
