Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models to support clinical research and operational decision-making.
- Perform advanced data analysis, including predictive modeling and trend forecasting, to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards when handling sensitive patient information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Create intuitive dashboards and visualization reports using Tableau or Power BI for executive leadership.
- Conduct data audits to validate accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all data sources.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in medical data analysis or healthcare informatics.
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data interchange standards.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
