Responsibilities
- Lead Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of clinical trial data and patient records to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
- Data Architecture: Design and implement scalable data models and warehousing solutions to optimize data retrieval and reporting.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all data handling processes adhere to strict HIPAA regulations and internal security protocols.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner using visualization tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and data quality.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy before reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in medical data analysis, health informatics, or clinical research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and FDA guidelines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
