Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines
- Lead creation of compelling content including press releases, thought leadership pieces, social campaigns, and email marketing
- Manage brand voice consistency across all touchpoints including website, social media, and PR channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging for product launches, events, and corporate communications
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize messaging and channel effectiveness
- Oversee media relations including pitching stories, managing press inquiries, and building journalist relationships
- Mentor junior marketing staff to develop their communications skills and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years progressive marketing communications experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of developing successful integrated campaigns in B2B tech sector
- Expertise in content creation, brand messaging, and multi-channel campaign management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships for marketing initiatives
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms
