Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing communications strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional campaigns spanning PR, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
- Manage $2M+ annual communications budget with ROI-focused optimization
- Oversee crisis communications and media relations with top-tier financial publications
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social listening tools
- Mentor a team of 4 communications specialists through performance development plans
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop messaging for new market entries
Qualifications
- 8+ years in marketing communications with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven experience in fintech or B2B tech communications
- Expertise in developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance metrics
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with portfolio demonstrating campaign results
- Experience managing communications during product launches and market expansions
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and CMS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
