- Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 marketing professionals while fostering a culture of innovation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation
- Oversee annual budget allocation of $2M+ with ROI-focused optimization
- Cultivate relationships with media partners, influencers, and key industry stakeholders
- Drive crisis communications and reputation management initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive experience in marketing communications with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing award-winning integrated campaigns across B2B/B2C sectors
- Expertise in digital marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Strong strategic planning skills with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
