Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies across digital, social, PR, and traditional channels
- Lead content creation initiatives including campaign messaging, thought leadership articles, and multimedia assets
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to optimize campaign performance and messaging effectiveness
- Manage cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and digital specialists
- Oversee budget allocation for campaigns and demonstrate ROI through data-driven reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in marketing communications with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing award-winning campaigns for B2B/B2C audiences
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Experience managing budgets over $1M and leading cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and emerging marketing technologies
