Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily assembly operations and ensure strict adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase throughput.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain efficient manufacturing workflows.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production bottlenecks and implement sustainable engineering solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive or heavy manufacturing environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
