Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance production workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve throughput.
- Root Cause Analysis: Lead cross-functional teams in investigating equipment failures and production bottlenecks to implement sustainable solutions.
- Lean Implementation: Drive the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and internal quality standards across all production floors.
- Project Management: Oversee capital projects, including the installation of new machinery and automation systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and PLM systems.
- Methodologies: Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt principles.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and process issues.
