Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-stakes consulting projects, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
- Change Management: Design and implement robust change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a corporate strategy role within a major corporation.
- Skills: Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading diverse teams.
- Analytical Ability: Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
