Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic projects, from initial discovery to final delivery.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive business models and financial projections to support client decision-making.
- Present complex findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the firm’s thought leadership.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive long-term engagement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in management consulting or a related strategic role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.
