Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from scoping through implementation for C-suite clients
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations using advanced analytics and market research
- Facilitate executive workshops and change management initiatives across global organizations
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining responsibility for deliverable quality and client satisfaction
- Build proprietary thought leadership through white papers and industry speaking engagements
- Drive business development through client relationship management and proposal development
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA/MSc) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record leading digital transformation and operational excellence projects
- Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and change management frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
