Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across C-suite executives in finance, tech, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and implement scalable business transformation strategies using quantitative analysis
- Manage cross-functional project teams of 5-8 consultants with P&L responsibility
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through executive storytelling frameworks
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including AI integration and process automation
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- 10+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in MBA, Economics, or Data Science from Tier 1 institution
- Proven track record of leading $5M+ strategic projects in complex industries
- Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and change management
- Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, or relevant industry frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
