Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive digital transformation projects, from conceptualization to successful implementation.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive assessments, and technology landscape evaluations.
- Design and optimize business processes, organizational structures, and technology roadmaps.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Facilitate workshops and client meetings to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive progress.
- Mentor junior consultants, contributing to their professional development and growth within the firm.
- Develop thought leadership and innovative solutions to address emerging industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on digital strategy and transformation.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: cloud adoption, AI/ML integration, data analytics, agile transformation, or customer experience (CX) platforms.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
