Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives across finance, operations, and technology sectors
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps using advanced data analytics and market research methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations to drive consensus on transformation initiatives
- Mentor 3-5 junior consultants while maintaining 95% client satisfaction metrics
- Drive business development through proposal development and client relationship management
- Author thought leadership pieces published in industry journals and at global forums
- Optimize operational efficiency through process re-engineering and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field from a top-tier institution
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with Big 4 or MNC strategy firms
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on $5M+ projects
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar designation
- Exceptional executive communication skills with 100+ stakeholder engagements
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency (Spanish, Mandarin, or German) preferred
