Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from diagnosis to implementation, delivering actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Design and execute transformation roadmaps for operational excellence, digital adoption, and organizational change
- Analyze complex business data to identify growth opportunities, cost optimization levers, and market differentiation strategies
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions across multiple departments and geographies
- Develop financial models, market entry strategies, and innovation frameworks for clients in technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining rigorous quality control on deliverables and methodologies
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, industry speaking engagements, and proprietary research development
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent in-house strategy roles
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or Masters) from a globally recognized institution with strong academic record
- Proven track record of leading complex transformation projects with measurable ROI ($5M+ impact)
- Deep expertise in at least two industry verticals (tech, healthcare, financial services preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Certification in change management (Prosci, ADKAR) and agile methodologies required
- Fluency in English with additional language skills highly valued for global client interactions
