Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from diagnosis to implementation
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations for C-suite executives
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-8 consultants across global time zones
- Present findings to stakeholders using executive dashboards and visualizations
- Build long-term client relationships with 95%+ retention targets
- Mentor junior consultants through structured coaching frameworks
- Drive thought leadership through industry white papers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience in top-tier firms
- Advanced degree (MBA/MSc) from globally recognized institution
- Expertise in digital transformation or operational excellence initiatives
- Proven track record with APAC market leaders in target industries
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred
- Professional certification (PMP/Lean Six Sigma) required
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with executive presence
