Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary consulting engagements for C-suite clients across Fortune 500 companies
- Design and implement strategic transformation initiatives in operations, finance, and digital transformation
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform client strategy
- Develop executive-level presentations and deliverables that drive actionable insights
- Manage project lifecycles from scoping through execution with PMP-level precision
- Mentor junior consultants and foster collaborative client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to service line development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- 7+ years of management consulting experience with Big 4 or top-tier strategy firm
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level transformation projects ($1M+ budgets)
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Industry specialization in finance, healthcare, or technology consulting
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems
