Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives, translating business challenges into actionable strategies
- Design and implement operational optimization frameworks across diverse industry verticals
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on transformation initiatives
- Develop executive-level deliverables including roadmaps, financial models, and implementation plans
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining accountability for project profitability
- Drive digital adoption through change management methodologies and training programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record leading complex transformation projects in regulated industries
- Expertise in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) or agile methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one additional business language
