Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-level clients in Fortune 500 companies
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks using advanced analytics and market modeling
- Present executive-level recommendations to boards and senior stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-8 consultants across global time zones
- Drive digital transformation initiatives with $5M+ project budgets
- Cultivate long-term client relationships generating $2M+ annual revenue
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey/Bain/BCG preferred)
- Advanced degree from Ivy League or international equivalent
- Proven track record leading $1M+ client engagements
- Expertise in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and change management
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Executive presence with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Active PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
