Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives, delivering actionable strategic recommendations
- Design and implement transformation roadmaps for operational excellence and digital adoption
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform client growth strategies
- Mentor junior consultants and manage project deliverables within budget and timeline constraints
- Develop executive-level presentations and stakeholder communication frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client integration of solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a leading institution
- Proven track record in leading multi-million dollar transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two verticals: finance, healthcare, or technology
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and visualization tools
- Certifications in PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies preferred
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
