Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives, diagnosing operational inefficiencies and designing scalable solutions
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with client objectives, incorporating market analysis and competitive benchmarking
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations to drive consensus on complex business decisions
- Manage project lifecycles, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Mentor junior consultants through structured training and real-world case studies
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference presentations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management consulting experience in strategy, operations, or digital transformation
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a top-tier institution
- Expertise in process optimization, change management, or organizational design frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certification (PMP, Six Sigma, or similar) preferred
- Experience leading teams of 3+ consultants across multiple projects
