Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite clients across technology transformation, operational efficiency, and market expansion initiatives
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks using advanced analytics and market research methodologies
- Present executive-level recommendations to boards and senior leadership teams with compelling visual storytelling
- Manage cross-functional project teams including data scientists, industry specialists, and implementation leads
- Design and deliver change management programs ensuring 90%+ adoption rates for strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior consultants through structured development programs and performance coaching
- Drive business development through thought leadership, whitepapers, and client relationship cultivation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or relevant technical field from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.) or equivalent industry expertise
- Proven track record of leading $1M+ engagements with measurable ROI outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling (Python/R)
- Certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or similar project management credentials
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- Demonstrated thought leadership through published industry reports or conference speaking engagements
