Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation of strategic initiatives

- Mentor junior consultants while managing stakeholder relationships at C-level
- Drive change management programs ensuring sustainable adoption of new processes

- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Advanced degree in MBA, MSc, or relevant field from Tier 1 institution
- Proven expertise in digital transformation, supply chain optimization, or M&A integration
- Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent process excellence methodology
- Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative analysis capabilities
- Demonstrable experience managing multi-million dollar client budgets
- Fluency in English with strong presentation and executive communication skills
